CPR level C

The most comprehensive CPR course for lay rescuers is CPR level “C”. We provide this stand-alone CPR course as  a training partner of St Mark James Training. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training is included in the course. Participants that complete this course will receive a workplace approved wallet sized certificate that is valid for 3 years. Certification meets and / or exceeds academic and workplace requirements. CPR level C helping Chest Discomfort or Pain

Participants enrolled in workplace approved CPR training in Nanaimo will learn about recognizing and helping people with circulatory emergencies such as heart attacks and angina

Course Cost

The cost of this CPR course is (price). Course fee includes workplace approved certification fee, CPR manual and all applicable taxes.

Course Length of CPR level C

The length of the class is approximately 5 hours. Participants must attend 100% of the course to successfully complete the course.

Certification for CPR level C

Participants that complete the multiple choice exam with a minimum score of 75% and meet the course objectives will receive a workplace approved CPR level “C” and AED certificate. This award is valid throughout Canada for 3 years.

Course Content

Participants enrolled in CPR level “C” training with St Mark James will learn about the following topics:

  • Choking emergencies for adult, child and baby
  • CPR for adult, child and baby
  • The Role of a first aider
  • Nanaimo First Aid Check, Call, Care System
  • When and how to place a person in recovery position
  • Managing and recognizing Angina, Heart Attack and Stroke
  • Recognizing and Managing Deadly Bleeding

Transfers and Refunds

We do not accept transfers and refunds within 72 hours of the course. Prior to this time a registered participants can receive a full refund.

Additional Notes

  • We provide a fridge and microwave if you would like to bring your own food.
  • 100% attendance is required to pass the course
  • Please wear comfortable clothing
