Emergency First Aid Courses in Nanimo
Workplace approved emergency first aid is the most popular one day course available to Canadians. This course teaches participants on how to stay safe, recognize and manage major emergencies. CPR and AED training is included in the course. Participants that successfully complete this course in will receive a workplace approved certificate that is good for 3 years. CPR training is included in the course. Participants can select either CPR level “A”, “C” or “HCP” to partner with the emergency first aid course.
The cost of this course is (price). Course cost includes all applicable taxes, workplace approved manual and certification fees.
Participants enrolled in this course will learn the following skills and content
- When and how to respond to emergency’s
- When and how to contact EMS / 9-1-1
- Nanaimo First Aid Check-Call-Care system
- Recognizing and managing breathing and circulatory emergencies
- Recognizing and managing wounds and deadly bleeding

Transfers and Refunds
We do not accept transfers or refunds within 72 hours of the course. Prior to this time you can receive a full refund or transfer to another course of your choosing.

We provide a microwave and fridge for participants that wish to bring their own food. Please bring comfortable clothing to the emergency first aid course.
Individuals that successfully complete the course will receive a workplace approved emergency first aid certificate that includes CPR and AED training. This award is valid for 3 years throughout British Columbia and Canada.
